Progress might look like: Taking a breath when overwhelmed or sticking with tasks even when they get tricky. We’ll share the wins with you weekly and report the data half termly, inside Campfire; Project Files.

The document includes guidance on clothing, arrival times, collection and who to lookout for. Yano...the essentials. Please read this section carefully before your child's first day with us. Refer back to it as often as you need.

Find Out How A Child Is Assessed At Compass

Taking place before their official start date, this session eases the first week nerves and lets your child meet others they'll be getting to know. You will have chosen the date and time with your Success Specialist on your Kick Off Meeting. A reminder message will be sent to you.

Receive Their Next Update Of Progress Report

Staff here are called Crew. Each person goes by their first name. Crew profiles introduce each member individually and includes their role and other helpful information. Crew usually remains the same, but changes may happen for reasons such as illness.

Get An End Of Week 1 Message

At this point, you do not need to read every document in full. Take a moment to locate the Playbooks in Campfire so you know where to find them when needed. Feel free to download or print them for compliance purposes.

Enjoy Weekly Photographic Observations Of The Child

During the call, your Success Specialist will confirm key details and answer any practical questions ahead of your child starting with us. The call can be done by video, phone or in person, depending on which you prefer.
