School To Pay First Invoice

Payment is due within 14 days of receiving it. If your Finance Team or Local Authority is managing payment, please copy us into the email. We'll speak directly to them to keep it simple.

School To Sign The Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Our SLA sets out the legal terms of what you can expect from us. Read it carefully and make sure everything's correct. When you're happy, sign the document digitally.

Schedule 'Kick Off' Meeting With YOUR Success Specialist

A call to confirm key details and answer any practical questions ahead of your child starting with us. The call can be done by video, phone or in person; whichever you prefer.
